AUTHENTICITY IS GUARANTEED. Please note that all the merchandise comes only from authorized resellers such as high-end boutiques and deparment stores and is guaranteed authentic. Copy of the receipt is available with purchase, upon request. Receipts available only for new items, does not apply to used, unless otherwise stated. Occassionally we list consignment items (used or new), in which case the receipt may not be available (please ask prior to bidding to confirm receipt availability).

Contact must be made within 3 days and payment must be received within 7 days after end of auction, otherwise reserve the right to relist.

Shipping:
$5 additional charge for shipping to P.O. Box addresses.
Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received. Insurance is included in shipping charge for all items.

Returns: Please note that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept a return. Please be sure to contact us for an Return Authorization # and instructions. We will not accept any returns without an RA #. PREOWNED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. The following conditions apply:

Item must be returned in same condition as purchased, with tags attached (if applicable). Please ship merchandise using a trackable shipping service and insure, as we cannot be resposible for lost mail.
Item must be returned within 72 hours of receipt.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Paypal users: Please note that if the original form of payment was Paypal, the shipping charge and 10% restocking fee must be submited and then a full refund of the original Paypal payment will be issued.
